Voiceover: Welcome to the Tax Compliance Verification (TCV) Online Service video. Here you will learn how to check a tax compliance status online. There are a few steps to do this, so let’s go through the steps together. The link to the online portal shown here will be available on the last page of this video for you to access.

The system will prompt you based on your tax obligations. In this example, this business is required to file Corporations Tax and/or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). Verifying your compliance is done in three easy steps. Step 1 will be attaching your FBC letter. The FBC letter issued by the Canada Revenue Agency confirms if Corporations Tax and/or HST obligations have been met. You are required to upload a new letter annually. If you require more information, select the question mark icon.”
